About Black Dog Jewelry
I grew up in Central New York and was very creative as a child and teenager.
I somehow fell into the world of Corporate Accounting and my creativity was halted for many years.
One day it just hit me that I should be designing jewelry so I decided to start looking into the different mediums.
I took classes for lapidary, basic wire techniques and PMC. I really love working with wire and PMC.
I try to make my creations as unique as possible.
I really love my wire dragonflies and Christmas Trees. They are really cute, fun to make and inexpensive.
I have many interests and try to incorporate all of them into my jewelry.
My studio is named for my rescued Schipperke, Rosa.
She is a great inspiration to me, she is so happy all the time and just bounces through life.
Life is too short, I want to start bouncing too.

About the Black Dog
Black Dog Jewelry's name was inspired by our rescued Schipperke, Rosa. Rosa was found as a stray north of Orlando. When I found her on Petfinder I knew she was the one for us.
Rosa is a 23 pound spitfire of energy and is always happy. She prances when she walks and wags her whole body when she meets EVERYBODY. She's a true inspiration on living life to the fullest.
When not helping out with jewelry designs, Rosa likes to attend doggy daycare, take naps and play with her Daddy.
